Additional considerations:

Due to the complications of COVIPD-19 at 11:00 am we will have a short SGM to pass a motion to allow 2019 registered members to also partake and vote in the 2020 AGM (required as only 2020 registered members may participate).

The main AGM will start at roughly 11:15 am and wea re aiming to wrap up before 12:00PM.

It is also worth noting that:

• Any parent of a registered Blues minor or junior, under the age of 18, may attend the meeting, and is very much encouraged to do so
• There are no proxy votes allowed at Bytown Blues RFC AGM

VP Admin
VP Communications
VP Finance – 1 year left, and open (special situation due to COVID)

Available positions (non-executive roles) are elected every year:
Treasurer
Secretary
Director of Rugby
Director of Communications
