About the Program
Welcome the Blues U14 Junior women's program, it is for girls aged 13 to 14 and is the final installment of Intro to contact with 13 aside full field. Your child will learn how to get tackled and be tackled, they will be taught solid foundational skills to enjoy and excel at the game of rugby. U14s has modifications where its a 6 person scrum, no pushing but compete to strike (if that becomes problematic, we adjust to unopposed). Lineouts will have no lifting, and players compete (jump) for the ball.
