About the Program
Welcome the Blues U16 Junior men's program, it is for boys aged 15 to 16 (grade 9 & 10 high school). This is the first level of full 15s rugby development, contested scrums, lineouts (with lifting). We play in the RO Provincial East and Regional East league (should we have enough for two teams).

- 2 Practices per week (focus on fun and skills development)
- shorts & socks (new players for SUMMER SEASON ONLY)
- 4-5 season games
