      Last Call! Blues Pre-Season

      Strength Training Program

      3-month program followable at your local gym; at a special Blues discount!

      Give yourself or your young rugby player an edge on the pitch next season with this tailored, professionally made and monitored workout program. All for a price that’s one 1/3rd of what the industry usually charges.

      This program will focus on building speed, cardio, and strength where rugby players need it most. You’ll be able to complete all exercises at your local gym, such as GoodLife, Movati, Fit4Less, etc. 

      For 12 weeks (Jan 13th-April 6th) the athletes will have access to 3 different weekly workouts and 1 mobility day to help keep their body in order. 

      The workouts will be shared through an app called TeamBuildr which is used by various universities and professional teams across the world. It allows the user to view video demonstrations of the set exercises and keep track of their weights and progress along the way. 

      The program is created and monitored by the current Bytown Senior Men’s captain Mason Dingwall. Mason has 10 years experience working with high performance athletes ranging from University rugby, NHL hockey, professional soccer and professional boxing. He currently works as a Strength Coach at Capital Strength Training Systems.
