Official Club Membership for All!

The Bytown Blues are more than the players who take the field each weekend.

We are coaches, managers, referees, volunteers, board members, parents, alums, sponsors and supporters. Together, we form one rugby community.

This year, we're asking
everyone connected to the club to register in PlayHQ under the membership category that best reflects their involvement.

Many membership categories are free, and registration helps us accurately represent the size and strength of our community. It improves communication, supports our eligibility for grants and funding opportunities, and demonstrates the true impact of the Blues within our region. If you're a Blue, we'd love to count you as part of our community officially in 2026.

PLEASE REGISTER NOW AND SUPPORT THE BLUES

Calling all Volunteers

The Bytown Blues is a volunteer-driven club, and our programs succeed only because of the many people who give their time each year.

We are always looking for volunteers for:

• Team managers

• Team social media contributors

• Twin Elm Rugby Park game day helpers

• Events people

If you would like to get involved, we would love to hear from you. Especially parents of our junior programs.

Support a Blue’s Player - New Pilot

The “Support a Bytown Blue” Fund is a new pilot program designed to help players who require financial assistance participate in club rugby.

This program will:

• Provide assistance with player club dues

• Use a fair and needs-based assessment process

• Ensure all donated funds are used solely for this purpose

This initiative reflects one of the Blues’ core values of inclusion.

Rugby should be accessible to everyone who wants to play. For more information, please email info@bytownbluesrugby.ca
