This is the one time each year where the full membership comes together to:

  • Hear updates on the state of the club

  • Refresh and elect our new leadership team

  • Put your name forward to serve on the board

  • Shape the direction of the Blues for the coming season

Please review it ahead of the meeting, as we will be presenting, voting on, and formally adopting these updates at the AGM. If you have questions or comments, we encourage you to send them in advance so they can be included in the discussion.

Your participation matters. The strength of our club comes from the people who show up, get involved, and help build the future of rugby in Ottawa.

Join us for a fun social night at our annual awards banquet/dinner @ The Senate Tavern on1008 Wellington St West.


We’ll laugh, we’ll eat, we’ll be merry! And we’ll also recognize the special players, coaches and members who helped give us another great year of Bytown Blues Rugby.
