​2017 AGM Reminder

Lorenzo’s is hosting our AGM with a FREE brunch.
Saturday, Dec 30th
Food served atĀ 11:00 am
Meeting starts atĀ 11:30 am
2 positions up for vote:
1) VP Administration
2) VP Communications
VP Finance (1 year as current incumbent is stepping down)
Meeting is open to all Blues members. Voting rights are for:
(iii)Ā  Annual General (AGM)

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā (c)Ā Ā  Each member in good standing will have one vote,
with the President having the deciding vote in tie situations as needed;
(d)Ā Ā  One parent of a youth member will be deemed to be a
voting member on behalf of a Junior and/or Youth member;
(e)Ā Ā  Quorum for the AGM shall be twenty-five percent of the number
of the Senior members in the Club;
(f)Ā Ā  No proxy votes will be accepted at an AGM;
