Bytown Sets the Tone in Quebec City
The famed Quebec City trip that the Senior Men’s team takes once a year produced two dominant performances. The almost identical scorelines are a clear sign of Bytown’s ability to play even after a 5.5 hour bus ride to the grounds.

This Week’s Game vs Ste-Anne’s
Having put up great results against the MTL Irish and Kingston Panthers, Ste-Anne’s have proven they can play. This week is going to be a good game on the west Island of Montreal. We are not taking a bus to this game as we are saving this cost so we can better prepare for Ontario Matches.

2017 SENIOR MEN’S AWARD BANQUET – PLANNING MEETING
Tuesday, July 25th @ Lorenzos
8:30 – or after the senior men’s training
“I have been around the club for quite a few years now! During this time, some of the best Awards Banquets we have had were planned long in advance and by active members of the Senior Men’s Team. One of the first banquets I attended, there were over 90 individuals in attendance, and for a couple of years after that we had over 70 attendees. They were all planned and organized by members of the Senior Men’s team, as well as Coaches and Executive members. Worker, like many of you, will remember awards banquets of the past to be like attending a wedding. Like a wedding, an awards banquet of this nature needs to be planned months in advance to make it a success!
The Board has set a tentative date of FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6th for the banquet. We’d like to start planning this social event of the year now.
We would like to put together a team of volunteers, both young and old, to help plan this event. The first planning meeting will be held tomorrow night, Tuesday, July 25th at Lorenzos, after the senior men’s training session (around 8:30). PLEASE come out and join the meeting to help make this year’s banquet a huge success.
If you cannot attend tomorrow night’s meeting and would like to provide constructive feedback or advice, please do so here. If you like to comment in a confidential matter, please do not hesitate to send me a private message – I will pass it along in the same way!
I hope to see you at Lorenzos!”
