Second last session under the dome, with out first exhibition game on May 6th, the season is fast approaching. So get ready to train at 1645 so we can hop right on the field.
Winter training continues this Saturday with the senior men, who are encouraging the juniors to join them. With 10 sessions, at the Lees Dome, we should have a great ability to keep our bodies ready for the season. These are full contact training sessions, with coaches being present and fun guaranteed. It is a 10$ drop in fee. JUNIORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN AND PARTICIPATE.

The custom clothing store has been set up for us through our rep at Kukri. For those of you unaware, our store runs for 2 weeks, so it’ll close on April 11th at midnight. All the clothing gets custom made, and should be in our club hands by the end of may. It comes in a package with your name on it so that Club can distribute it to you in an orderly fashion.
Try Rugby Free Rugby Sessions!
The Bytown Blues and Ottawa Irish are teaming up to bring more kids into rugby!! We have organised days for new players to try out our favourite sport by offering Co-ed games For new and returning players, 4-12 Years of age. These will occur on the last Saturday of the Month. There will be senior men players present for the Blues Sessions to talk to parents and to help with drills and rugby!
January-April:

Level 1 Refereeing Course
“Eastern Ontario Youth Rugby Programs are looking for High School aged players to take the Rugby Referee course and be a Referee at the Youth Festivals over the summer. Earn some extra cash or have your volunteer hours signed off for High School!

Growing the Game Workshop. TONIGHT!!
Rugby Ontario is running some workshops to try and grow the game. The Ottawa workshop info is as follows:
