Twin Elm Rugby Park AGM Date Announced

The Twin Elm Rugby Park board has announced their annual general meeting date. This meeting will take place on January 11th, 2014, from 1pm to 4pm at Algonquin College. As one of the four clubs that own stake in the park, it will be important that we are represented on the board. You can contact Dave Best at president@bytownbluesrugby.ca for more information or to confirm your attendance.

Please note that the Annual General Meeting for Twin Elm Rugby Park will take place:
Saturday, January 11, 2014
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Room P214, Algonquin College,
1385 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa
(Parking is free; Meeting is in P Building, 2nd floor; Map attached and posted)

A draft AGM agenda is attached and will be posted on the TERP website. Voting members wishing to add other business to the agenda should do so by Saturday January 4 at 12:00 noon. A final agenda will be forwarded and posted along with various TERP reports January 4, 2014.

*Note: Dave was TERP Secretary this past year. On Nov 24 he became President of the Bytown Blues so is now an Acting Secretary only.
