Ontario Blues Announce March Training Plans

Ontario Blues Announce March Training Plans

Posted on: February 28th, 2013 by Bytown Blues RFC

For those that are interested in playing for the Ontario Blues this summer, there will be a training session here in Ottawa soon.

The Ontario Blues continue their preparation for the 2013 rugby season with two open sessions over the next three weeks. The Blues are the defending national senior mens champions and are entering their fifth season of play.

Sunday, March 10 at 1030 am the Blues will be back under the bubble at University of Toronto Varsity Stadium, and on Saturday March 23, the Blues will hold an open session at Algonquin College in Ottawa from 7 to 9 pm.

These sessions are open to senior players who are registered and in good standing with Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada. Players who have not participated in any Blues activities previously will pay a one-time $20 administrative fee, and should come prepared for a full session with own water/sports drink, proper equipment (including jersey) and be on site at least 15 minutes before start time.

New players wishing to register for either or both sessions, please contact Team Manager Mark Winokur at arcbluesmgr@gmail.com
