Election positions for 2020:
President:
i) Chair all Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings;
ii) Represent the Club to the EORU, RO, RC, or any other rugby union or governing body;
iii) Serve as an ad-hoc member of all Club committees;
iv) Represent the Club at the Twin Elm Rugby Park Board (TERP);
v) Be responsible for the activities of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors;
vi) Responsible for ensuring that Club articles and by-laws are implemented.
VP Finance:
i) Prepare annual budget for the Club;
ii) Manage and report on the Club budget throughout the year;
iii) Form and Chair any committees deemed by the Board of Directors to support their role;
iv) Responsible for sponsorship development and procurement;
v) Responsible for fundraising plans and implementation;
vi) Manage the duties of the Treasurer;
vii) Liaise and report to the Club on the budget management of TERP;
viii) Prepare unaudited financial statement for the Annual General Meeting.
VP Men:
i) Responsible Senior Men’s Rugby
ii) Provides input to Men’s budget requirements to VP Finance
iii) Represent Men’s teams on all league boards (EORU, RO & FRQ)

c. Player sanctions or rulings
iv) Establish coaches for Men’s teams and programs
v) Manage the duties of Men’s team managers
vi) Work on organizing and Men’s hosting tours
VP Women:
i) Responsible Senior and Junior Women’s Rugby
a. U13 – U19 Junior Women’s (advisor/input to junior women)
b. Senior Women’s
ii) Provides input to Women’s budget requirements to VP Finance
iii) Represent Women’s teams on all league boards (EORU, RO & FRQ)

c. Player sanctions or rulings
iv) Establish coaches for Women’s teams and programs
v) Manage the duties of Women’s team managers
VP Junior:
i) Responsible Junior Men’s/Women’s Rugby
a. U13 – U17 Junior Men’s
b. U13 – U17 Junior Women’s
ii) Provides input to Junior budget requirements to VP Finance
iii) Represent Junior teams on all league boards (EORU, RO & FRQ)

VP Minor:
i) Responsible All minor rugby
a. U7 – U11 Rookie Rugby (non-contact)
b. U12 Rugby (mixed gender and contact)
ii) Provides input to Minor’s budget requirements to VP Finance
iii) Represent Minor teams on all league boards (EORU, RO & FRQ)

v) Manage the duties of Women’s team managers
As well as all Director positions are open for election:
Director of Rugby, Director of Communications (more social media these days), as well as Old Boys Coordinator and Social.
