Bytown Blues Update September 9th 2019

In a warm up for our fall cup pursuits we have a game this weekend vs the Ottawa Irish. TERP at 3pm. Hopefully see everyone there for our only Ottawa match of the year.
Junior 7s
After a successful kick off to the Junior 7s season on Sunday which saw excellent cooperation with EORU clubs to make sure as many kids got to play 7s in early September. Scores were not tracked as it was just a warm up to the upcoming Club Festivals but be sure that Bytown got a few Ws. The upcoming festivals are at TERP on the September 15 and the Whitu 7s on September 29th.

AGM Information
The date of the Annual General Meeting has been set: November 3rd
The Current plan is another 10-11am start at Lorenzo’s on Arch st. More information will be available as we approach the date. Reminder: no proxies are allowed at the Bytown Blues RFC AGM. If youd like a say you must show up.

There is set to be a strategic planning meeting for Bytown in the weeks leading up to 2020. This is an important step to ensure the continued success of our club.
