Bytown Blues Update May 27th 2019

Training and games this week:

Senior Men:
Tuesday and Thursday – Canterbury High School
1830-2000
Game @ Quebec City : 1330 and 1500 is pretty standard

Flag Rugby: Manor Park
Friday – Manor Park Public School
U7 & U9: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
U11 & U13: 6:00 – 7:30 PM

U11 Boys and Girls
Monday and Wednesday – St Patrick High School
1830-2000

U13 Boys and Girls
Monday and Wednesday – St Patrick High School
1830-2000
Games @ Kingston: 10am and 12pm for the 2 boys teams and the girls team. Both Games are played at De La Salle High School

U15 Boys and Girls
Tuesday and Thursday – Canterbury High School
1800-1930

Hard wins over Montreal Irish

On Saturday at Twin Elm (due to MTL Irish field being flooded) and with the 1xv and the 2xv game times being reversed; Bytown put in the hard work and came away from the weekend with 2 wins on the day.

1XV: 13-12
2XV: 22-12

Next EORU Junior Session

Trying to build on the momentum of about 120 participants involved int eh May 26th session the next session for EORU will be June 14th at the following locations:

  • Ottawa 14 JUNE Carleton University 5PM – 7PM
  • Kingston 14 JUNE St. Lawrence College 4:30-6:30 PM

All participants interested in the 4 Training sessions and 2+ trial games are encouraged to come out. Selections are made after the week of July 20th.
