Members of the Bytown Blues Invited to Canada U20 Camp

The the Bytown Blues are proud to recognise 4 members of the Club who have been selected to attend Rugby Canada’s U20 Camp to take place October 1st-5th in British Colombia. These 4 members participated in the 2014 Division 1 Championship season and we wish them luck at the Trials Camp:

John Shaw
Liam Birkwood
Vince Gionet
Safwan Malki

The IRB U20 Junior World Trophy (JWT) takes place this year in Portugal next Spring. The JWT is the 2nd tier competition in the U20 age group, with the winner being promoted to the IRB Junior World Championship. Canada is looking to improve on a rather lacklustre outcome last year in Hong Kong.
